Brasco (Heineken)

The collaboration between Heineken and IVC continues: Liesbet Plissart and Katrien T’Jonck gave a training on efficient feedback and coaching to the management of Brasco at Pointe Noire (Congo Brazzaville).

We received a heartwarming welcome from the Brasco team. We are delighted to have been able to give this training. The connection created between the trainers and Brasco through the training sessions made us even more enthusiastic to continue to support the team in the changes to come.  We really appreciated their eagerness to reflect and to learn. The participants were very happy ! And so we were as well !!!
